epending on the grape it
can be white (Chardonnay) or rosé (Pinot noir).
It is a sparkling wine grown according to the method
champenoise. Both the blanc de blanc and the
rosé are extra dry. It is best served as an
aperitif for special occasions. After the aperitif we
can then continue to drink Crémant with the
meal. It goes particularly well with fish and
shellfish. Its subtility and bubbles contribute to the
success of feasts. We don't advise drinking it
only at the end of meals. To be drunk at 6-8 degrees C.
To be kept 1 or 2 years.
