One of the red wines that is best when young and
chilled. Usually light. Perfect with cold cuts or white
meat, it also goes well with terrines and patés.
It gives its best with pork meat, rabbit and pigeon.
With dessert it goes with strawberrys. Can be kept 2 or
3 years without a problem. To drink at 10-12 degrees
