    uscat doux is like a
"Beaumes-de-Venise". This naturel sweet wine is made
from concentrated grape juice. Muscat can be drunk on
different occasions. It is wonderful as an aperitif. It
is a good "mise en bouche" for the other wines
which accompany a meal. It goes well with
entrées such as "foie gras" or melon and with
blue cheese or roquefort. Its best served with
dessert because of its syrupy texture and fruity
aromas. To be drunk at 6-8 degrees C. Ice cubes are
completely prohibited because they spoil its
delicate taste. To be kept for 5 or 6 years.  f you would like to order
