in blanc sec, peut avoir des arômes herbacés ou d'agrumes: pamplemousse ou citron. Très rafraîchissant à l'apéritif il accompagne aussi très bien les poissons, les crustacés et les fromages secs. Ce vin sera a boire dans les deux ans. Température de consommation 8-10 degrés C.
