Viognier
CHF 18.00 tax incl.
Viognier is a grape variety native to the northern Rhone coasts. It has been cultivated in Geneva since the 1990s. Viognier will give aromatic wines but which will often take a little time to open up and express their full potential.
Tasting:
Nose: the typical aromas of Viognier such as peach or apricot are very present.
Palate: in spite of being aged for about 4 months in barrels, the woodiness is not too pronounced and leaves plenty of room for fruit. The wine is dry and structured.
