This grape variety can be vinified as a &#8220;mellow&#8221; wine (with a few grams of residual sugar) or as a dry wine. We regularly choose the dry wine option to keep a maximum of freshness.<\/p>\n<p>It is however not excluded that, depending on the vintage, we keep a few grams of sugar for a sweet finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting:<\/strong><br \/>\nOn the nose: typical Gewurztraminer aromas such as lychee and rose are clearly present. The nose is expressive and fine.<br \/>\nIn the mouth: lychee aromas. Fresh but well-balanced on the palate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food and wine pairing:<\/strong><br \/>\nIt goes well with spicy dishes or strong cheeses (Munster, Roquefort, fresh goat&#8217;s cheeses).
