These conditions govern the use of the www.les-faunes.ch website.
We encourage you to read them before ordering.
By registering and placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These General Terms and Conditions have been translated into German and English. In case of discrepancy with the French version, the French version shall prevail.

The Domaine “Les Faunes” reserves the right to modify the present conditions at any time.

In order to use the online ordering service, you are not required to register by creating an account. You must, however, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data you provide for the proper execution of your order.

By creating an account or placing an order, you certify that you are 18 years old or older. Neither the information nor the opinions expressed on the site can be understood as an incitement to consume alcoholic beverages.

The password used to create your account is personal and confidential. Under no circumstances may it be passed on to a third party. You assume all responsibility for the use of your password, even without your knowledge. In case of doubt, you have the possibility at any time to change this password directly on the site.

We recommend a minimum of 8 characters and be careful to NEVER use the same password on multiple sites.

4. Orders

By confirming your order on the site, you agree to purchase the goods you have ordered. The data recorded when you place your order on the les-faunes.ch website is authoritative.

The domain “Les Faunes” reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or arrears of payment in particular.

5. Awards

The prices of the articles are those indicated on the site. Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery or shipping costs are calculated extra. Delivery rates are calculated according to the rates of our carriers and we try to do the best in your interest.

6. Deliveries

The delivery of the goods will be confirmed by email. Delivery is made at the address mentioned under “delivery address” at the time of order. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

The times normally taken for delivery are as follows:

Within the canton of Geneva : 3 business days.
Out of Geneva: 3-5 working days.

Orders placed on the this site are only valid in Switzerland. For deliveries abroad, please contact us.

It is up to you to check the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery. If you notice that goods are missing or have been damaged, you must report this within 3 days of delivery. The merchandise will then be replaced identically.

There are three means of payment available on the site:

– Credit Card

– Paypal

– By bank transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer, you will receive in your order confirmation the information necessary for the settlement of the invoice.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will notify you by email that your package has been sent.

Customers who request it, can have their package shipped immediately before payment but must be approved by “Domaine Les Faunes”.

9. Returns

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt.

We only accept returns in their original packaging and in good condition. In case of damaged goods, we reserve the right to deduct an equivalent amount from the refund.

When returns have been properly made, we will refund the price of the goods as well as the invoiced transport/shipping costs within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The shipping costs for the return of the goods are at your expense.

10. Limitation of liability

The photos and texts illustrating or describing the products present on the site are non-contractual.

11. Intellectual property

All of the texts, images and comments shown on the site are copyright and form part of the intellectual property of the “Les Faunes” domain. Reproduction of all or part of the catalogue is strictly prohibited.

12. Data protection

The domain “Les Faunes” undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. All personal data transmitted by the customer is treated confidentially and will not be sold to third parties under any circumstances. Only the information necessary to process the order is collected.

We use external service providers for the processing of orders, in particular for the execution of delivery or payment. These service providers only have access to your data necessary for the performance of the service and are obliged to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

The customer has the possibility to modify his personal data at any time in the “My Account” area. He may request the deletion of his account and data stored in our database by email at info@les-faunes.ch.

This site uses a private and open source solution (we do not use Google Analytics) for statistical and content improvement purposes. The website and the data collected are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva.
