Coteau de Chalamont
CHF 12.00 tax incl.
The Charmont grape variety comes from a cross between the Chasselas and Chardonnay grape varieties.
Charmont’s varietal wines are elegant and fruity while keeping the Chasselas fresh.
Tasting : To the nose, mineral notes but the fruitiness is dominant. On the palate: in the Charmont a part of the velvety Chardonnay. The main notes are peach and pineapple.
Food and wine pairing: Coteau de Chalamont is a wine that is best consumed as an aperitif. However, like Chasselas, it will also go very well with fondue or raclette.
