Tradition – Brut blanc

A grape of burgundy’s greats, Chardonnay has found its thresty land in Geneva. We chose this variety for the elaboration of our dry Tradition wine. This sparkling wine made using the traditional method (3rd fermentation in the bottle) is classified in the category of “Brut” or containing less than fifteen g/L of residual sugars.
On the nose: pineapple, pear.
In the mouth: despite the raw classification, this sparkling has a certain flexibility but without sweetness.
Food and wine pairing:
Aperitif or dessert but also smoked fish and shellfish. Sushi and sashimi are also a great accompaniment.
