Muscat – dry

The Muscat family is one of the largest in the dictionary of grape varieties. There are a multitude of varieties, each with its own differences. Here, Muscat Blanc à petit grains has been chosen. It represents a large proportion of the Muscats planted in Switzerland.

Its highly expressive fragrance, with accents of fresh grapes, is particularly appealing. Vinified dry, with no residual sugar, it produces light, refreshing wines.

Tasting:
Nose: “Muscat” aromas typical of the grape variety. Fresh grapes, white flowers.
On the palate: fresh grape aromas but no sweetness.

Food and wine pairing:
Aperitifs as well as exotic and summer cuisine. Salads and grilled vegetables.
